David and I had many a good time together, even post graduation. He was best man in my sister Cindi's wedding to another best friend, Jim Foelsch. David was on several float trips with us is the 70's. He was a fabulous chef and the 'host with the most'. We attended many Blue's games together, where both of his parents worked at the Arena Club. In 1985, we met up in San Antonio to send Jim Foelsch off to Alaska as a neurolgist in the Air Force. Six of us had a holiday planned on Lake Powell but David never made it. I last saw David at the St. Louis Airport on Christmas Day the week before he died. He passed on New Years Day, 1986, Santa Barbara, Ca. His memorial service was a fitting send-off. Many of our classmates were there. YOU WERE A CLASS ACT DAVID - WE ALL MISS YOU!
