Gary was one of my grade school buddies.  Always fun to hang with and definitely knew his way around anything with a motor in it, even way before he was legal to drive it.  Good memories of a great guy!

Gary and I were Eagle Scouts in Troop 237 in the mid 1960's. We played youth baseball in Kourey League in Spanish Lake at Larimore Elementary School. And wow, what a large family; don't see those these days. But, today a family so large just isn't  financially possible, I guess. Always a friendly face to see Gary. I'd like to be able to say I used his mechanical skills, but I learned to perform my own engine overhauls. Doc Mellies (Sr.) always said Hi to Gary when his Mercury got serviced. It does not surprise me that Gary was so involved in his community, be-it in St Louis or St. Charies Counties. God Bless & See you Gary, over the 'great-divide',./t

I had such a crush on Gary at some point during grade school! I finally told him when we connected at one of the more recent reunions and had a good laugh! What a nice guy! RIP
